Master of Science (M.Sc.) and
Master of Business Administration (MBA) are
postgraduate degrees. They provide skills and knowledge
relevant in both public and private sectors.
As a Masters student, you may
have a technical or liberal arts degree, or traditional professional
qualifications with several years' experience. You may be looking to move into a management role,
and need to acquire the relevant skills, or want to broaden your
international business understanding; seek a change of
career. Whatever your
background and requirements the demands asked of you to complete
your degree will be extensive. Could you do with some
support to understand the maths and economics, or a catch up to cover
the basics that are now a fading memory?
Perhaps you already realise that you need to
revise prior to applying for a degree placement and have applied for a
Graduate
Management Admissions Test (GMAT) and Graduate Record
Examination (GRE) through a business college? Do you need help revising the maths elements or would like to practice
a sample test with on-hand support?
I
have previously helped students with (see Degree page for modules):
- Econometrics (Multiple Regression, OLS,
ANOVA, ARMA)
- Business Maths (NPV, IRR, Annuities, linear and non-linear
functions, differentiation)
- Statistics (Probability, distributions, hypothesis and
significance testing, inference, correlation)
- Linear Programming (Simplex method, MSExcel Solver,
optimisation)
- Economics (as econometrics above)
