A+ Tutors can offer you more than just advice and an advert in our directory.
A+ Services are effective and inexpensive supplements to your current advertising. All quoted rates are for tutors who advertise on the site. If you have any questions then please contact the webmaster before applying.

A+ Tutors E-mail
Protect your email address from SPAM with a flexible email address from A+ Tutors. Email addresses on web pages are at risk of being harvested automatically by spammers. Although email addresses on this site are encoded to protect them from harvesting the encoding can be broken by some spammers.
For £5 per annum you will receive a private e-mail address in the form of:
whateveryouwant@aplustutors.co.uk
E-mail sent to your aplustutors address will be forwarded
automatically to any address you want (except hotmail addresses) and can not be intercepted
by A+ Tutors. If you start to receive SPAM at your A+ Tutors email address then it can be quickly changed and your advert updated.

Direct Links
To Your Advert
Direct Links are perfect for inclusion in other forms of advertising - such as small adverts in local shops. A Direct Link looks like this:
www.aplustutors.co.uk/yourname
and is available for only £5 a year. The following link is a current example.

Request a direct link in your application or email the webmaster.
To Your Web Site
You can also request a direct link to your personal web site (please note, this is different to the free link in your advert). The direct link will make your web site appear as a part of A+ Tutors. Your web site address will look like:
www.aplustutors.co.uk/whateveryouwant
For this service you will require a web site already up and running somewhere on the internet. The charge for this is £5 per annum. Please note, this option will have negligible benefits to your page's search engine rankings (see Search Engine Optimisation below).
Web Site Hosting
Personal web pages are highly recommended. Your personal web pages do not need to be hosted on the A+ Tutors web site. Just having one, which you can link to from your advert for free, will increase the number of students finding you via the internet. If you choose to use a free web host ensure that they are search engine friendly - the most important thing to avoid is obstruction by advertisements.
Please Note if you would like a more complex web site then we recommend that you buy your own domain name from UKreg.com or UK Hosts (for .co.uk domains). If you would like a .com then please go to Godaddy.com - but be careful not to buy anything else from them! A+ Tutors can host this for you for £30 per year. Please contact us for more details.
Hosting on A+ Tutors
One of the advantages of having your web page hosted on this site is that it will benefit from A+ Tutors' good search engine rankings. If you have a simple web site in mind which you want to manage yourself then A+ Tutors can offer you an excellent value for money service. Your actual web pages can be in any style that you want and can be created by yourself or based on an application called WordPress.
A+ Tutors reserves the right to suspend or cancel your service, if the web pages that you have associated with this site are inappropriate.

WordPress based web sites receive good search engine results due to it's good design and search engine friendliness. It is simple to use for most people and allows easy and rapid content changes. Example:

Search Engine Optimisation
To optimise your web pages for search engines it is recommended that you use well structured HTML - such as that used by WordPress - AND, in natural sentences, use key words and phrases on your main page which you would expect people to use to find your web site. You can also use these keywords and phrases to link to other relevant pages on your site.
