These workshops are designed to help you really make changes in your life so that you can thrive under pressure, learn coping strategies and enjoy your life more. Managed badly, pressure can lead to under-achieving, disappointment and an unhealthy lifestyle. Pressure managed well can stimulate you to achieve your best and bring success and a healthy approach to life. Each session is tailor-made to fit your requirements. There are seven sessions of 2 hours each beginning with a taster session so that you can decide if the workshop is right for you.

Depending on the student’s needs there are the following modules:

A combination of assessment tools, consultation, music and relaxation exercises is used to give variety to your experience.
Cost: £98 for all seven two-hour workshops payable in advance (refund given for remaining six workshops if the student decides not to continue after the Taster Session)
