Terms & Conditions

1.            Tutorials are paid directly to the tutor by cash or cheque. A small surcharge of 70p applies for each cheque, & is payable to the tutor.

2.            A deposit of one lesson's tuition fees to secures your booking.

3.            Please note that the fee is per hour, and any additional time is charged pro-rata to the agreed rate and payable immediately.

4.            Scheduled tutorials will take place on the day and time and venue agreed. Lessons will continue until a mutually agreed termination date. When traveling to your home, please allow for variations due to traffic.

5.            Although we work within the school curriculum, we do not do homework or assignment questions that are meant to be the student's own work.

6.            We strive to provide the best possible service. However, we will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student/client. Although we will do everything in our power to help grades and skill sets improve, we can offer no guarantee thereto.

7.            We are not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of our tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. You the client specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.

8.            All materials we create in-house are copyright. You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any materials without prior written permission from us.

Session amendments and cancellations

9.            More than 48 hours notice should be given for for cancellations or amendments. The tutor should be notified as soon as possible about changes to the scheduled session, it helps in planning the tuition.

10.        Avoid short-notice cancellations (less than 48hrs), please remember that when a tutor gets a last minute cancellation there is no way that the tutor can re-allocate the time. Short notice cancellations (less than 48hrs) are charged at the full fee. If the session can be rebooked, for a time that is mutually convenient to both tutor and student within the next 3 working days then only ½ fee will be charged.
